该固定架用于高频焊管热刮内毛刺的刀杆的固定装置，保证刮刀与钢管内壁紧密接触的液压系统和保证刮刀不偏离焊缝的定位结构。在焊接过程中，钢管缓缓前移，同时液压源供压，使液压系统中的活塞顶在钢管内壁上，其形成的反作用力可使刮刀刀头与焊缝紧密接触，而支撑槽内的硬质合金刀头，可控制刮刀杆与钢管内壁之间的相对位移，使刮刀平稳、准确、干净地刮除钢管焊缝毛刺。
